Glen was born in Tampa Florida. He started his career in insurance in 1992 with Farmers Insurance in Birmingham, Alabama. During this time, he was a top producer for Farmers Insurance and also obtained his LUTCF designation. After selling his agency and moving back home to Tampa, he started Bayside Mortgage in 2004 and opened up Bayside Insurance LLC in 2007. In 2011, he joined forces with We Insure. He now has access to many insurance carriers and also handles estate planning for his clients. Glen has a son named Devan. He enjoys .time with his family boating, fishing, camping.
